The Embassy of Madagascar in Washington D.C. is providing the following services:

Any request for consular services is to be submitted along with the copy of the Consular registration card.
For all application by mail, please provide a prepaid self-addressed envelope (USPS priority mail, UPS, FedEx or DHL).
Processing time: seven (07) business days.
Payment methods: Cash, money order, certified check, or company check payable to the Embassy of Madagascar.
Fees: 0.87 USD per document.
