The following provisions are applicable in Madagascar as of this day and until further notice:

Madagascar’s borders are currently opened for international flights from Paris international airport, only. The following provisions are applicable in Madagascar as of this day and until further notice:

• Negative result of a Rt-PCR test carried out 72h before boarding.
• Rt-PCR test upon arrival in Madagascar. In case of a positive Rt-PCR test result on arrival, a-14 days lockdown is in place, at the expense of traveler.
• Letter of commitment of quarantine.
• Reservation certificate for 2 nights.
• Quarantine on a suggested hotel.
• Quarantine test upon arrival at Ivato Airport.

The Economic Development Board of Madagascar  (EDBM) has been created to improve the business climate, promote and facilitate investments in Madagascar, and acts as the secretariat of the Public Private Dialogue. 

The EDBM provides the following services to investors:

• Long-stay visa for workers, investors and family, residence permits, boarding agreements
• Employment authorization
• Free processing zone agreement,
• Prerequisite Notice, etc.
