MADAGASCAR ONE-STOP-SHOP

The Economic Development Board of Madagascar  (EDBM) has been created to improve the business climate, promote and facilitate investments in Madagascar, and acts as the secretariat of the Public Private Dialogue. 

The EDBM provides the following services to investors:

• Company and business registration
• Long-stay visa for workers, investors and family, residence permits, boarding agreements
• Employment authorization
• Free processing zone agreement,
• Prerequisite Notice, etc.

The Governement constantly implements reforms to improve the business climate in order to set a conducive environment for the development of the private sector.
